I have historically purchased countless new cars and as a result I have had countless experiences with dealerships in the process. Some good, some bad and everything in between. I want to recognize an excellent experience, an excellent employee. Not often do Finance Managers get recognition, but in this specific experience, my opportunity to work with Alec Torres stands out. Besides being knowledgeable, friendly and professional he was the first to greet me at the dealership. He exceeded all expectations with tying up loose ends and for that reason I will return to the dealership again. Sometimes individuals make a difference. That's the case here. That's while I will return.

We were in for a service procedure and have a vehicle evaluation after being contacted by the sales department who was interested in buying our car back or trading in on a newer model. J.R. was the sales rep doing the evaluation and ended up being our salesman. The process was simple and we are completely satisfied with the result. J.R. was very friendly and went the extra mile in our interest.

Not bad, not good. Just run of the mill auto store. The one good thing they do have almost every used car you could need or want in one location. The one bad thing on average there used car prices are about 2k above everyone in the metro area.

Simple answer is no. You can have it serviced at any licensed repair facilities from coast to coast.

Dick Hannah Dealerships has made modifications to our operations. Social Distancing protocols are in place per guidelines. Signage and floor decals help to ensure all people maintain appropriate distance. • All staff members are wearing masks when dealing with the public. • Plastic barriers have been installed, where appropriate. • Additional hand sanitizer stations are installed • All vehicle touch-surfaces such as door handles, steering wheels, etc., are being sanitized • All employees are instructed on sanitizing their own work spaces. • Our cleaning staff is being extra diligent and using industrial-grade products.
