Very pleased with my experience today. I am impressed with new imaging techniques available and felt confident in recommendations from Dr. Lee. Technicians extremely personable (Kris is one name I'm remembering) and it feels welcoming to be remembered on a personal level. Thank you all for a positive visit.

The staff at Aspen is amazing. Very attentive from the first call to my initial visit and discussion of choices and payment options. At no time did I feel rushed or like just another person in line. I was also very impressed how well they worked with my schedule and set up all needed future appointments. Thank you!

If I could give this place negative stars I would gladly do it. Worst new patient scheduling experience of my life turn to be quite honest. Called on Friday and was told I could schedule online after I explained what my dental emergency was and I shared that it's really hard for me to take time off work so I wanted to make sure that it's something that they would take care of if I scheduled the online slot for the 7:15 appointment for Monday for the "emergency appointment for a broken tooth slot" and they assured me that yes it was something to do with take care of. And that is what I did, I scheduled for the 715 slot and took time off work to go get my broken tooth taken care of. Upon checking me in the front staff informed me that I was scheduled for a comprehensive exam and that they would complet a full mouth X-ray and examination then I would sit down with their financial coordinator and discuss treatment options and return at a later date to get my tooth taken care of. I informed her that I was very clear when I called that I couldn't return another time and and I needed a taken care of today today and they said that they couldn't guarantee that they would do it that it was a possibility I could return tomorrow. So you are an "emergency dentist"....Yet it's more important for you to fill your pockets, so you're willing to let people who are in pain with a broken tooth suffer longer and take additional time off work to come back another day so that you can do a comprehensive X-ray of the whole mouth and discuss finances and proceed to state that the call center does not always schedule people right or know the process? It is extremely sad to see what a society we are living in, that people who get into patient care and are supposed to be there for the patients are more interested in charging for an additional visit doing unnecessary things then what was discussed prior to scheduling. Honestly, shame on you For even calling yourself an emergency dental clinic when you clearly do not care about emergencies.

I was very pleased with my experience. From the front desk staff to the Doctors, hygienist and the rest of the office staff. They listened to my concerns and explained the best treatment of care for my situation which helped alleviate any anxiety I had. The office manager was thorough in her explanation of financial responsibilities and I received a folder explaining the steps of my procedure and what to expect within the coming weeks and months.
