If you can get through to them to tell them that they sold you a defective hose you will have hit the lottery! A defective product plus deficient (non existent) customer service gets a zero star rating.

I bought 4, forever bright motion activated solar lights for my yard. I have only installed 2 because I installed one over my shed door and for the first 2 days the light was activated by motion but after that the motion activation failed. I thought hey maybe this one is a dud so I replaced it with another NEW light and sure enough the exact same thing. Today I tried to call Tekno and first I got the usual phone tree menu which said "for customer service press 5" so I pressed 5. Immediately it took me to the exact same menu as the first. I then pressed 0 for an operator and,,,, you guessed it, right back to the same menu. I can excuse a bad product, I will never excuse bad customer service.

No stars honestly. Thought the Perfect Hose was the perfect hose until it split 2 months later. What a RIPOFF!!! Will not purchase again and I hope people stop purchasing these inferior products.
