I have been going to Dr. Levine's office for over 4 years and have recommended them to many of my friend. I love both Optometrists who are practicing at this facility. However, the administration and customer service at the front desk is HORRIBLE. I bought sunglasses at Warby Parker and they have been trying to get my prescription from them for over a week now. The front desk administration folks has been promising that they will fax it, and to this day they have not gotten my prescription. What kind of business practice is this? I am seriously considering switching to another practice.

I appreciate that both doctors have listening skills to diagnosis your problem and follow through with the care prescribed. Harold is very knowledgable with the fitting for glasses as my sight line needed to be corrected and he solved this problem. My visit the other day I was greeted by name and felt welcomed.
