Front staff is amazing, the manger is awesome so is the lady working it right now. I'm staying as I speak. The rooms are horrible!!! I have dresser drawer missing. The toilet paper holders has only one arm. The back burner doesn't work. There isn't a latch on the door to lock it except for the dead bolt. The sheets, cover and lien on the mattress has a hole and stains on it. I haven't even been here two hours and want my money back!!!! Not to mention I had a homeless person to me asking for money. This should be private property people should have to worry about people coming up asking for money

Positive: The price. Negative: I booked a room with a queen. I was given a room with 2 twin beds. It was a non smoking room but I smelled smoke when I entered the room.I asked to be switched to the correct room i was told they were completely booked. Room next to me lives a drug dealer

Easily the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Saying that, the manager worked very hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were not very well kept. We had drawers missing from the dressers, cigarette butts on the drains, stains on the bedding and the whole place reeked of Marijuana. Also, twice, our room was given away after we were already in it. One time at midnight we were asleep and someone was trying to get in, and another time in the afternoon the same thing. I do not suggest anyone wanting a comfortable stay in the Dallas area, stay here

Positive: The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the cleaning staff were diligent and very nice. Unfortunately that does not make up for a terrible hotel and unsafe environment. Negative: Glass was broken in the windows of rooms around us. Many locks had been tampered with in previous break ins. The apartment next to us was dealing something. Through the night there was pounding on doors, yelling, fighting. The room was run down. Unsafe.

Suppose to open at 6am doesn't actually open til 7:30 and is only packaged oatmeal, mini muffins and granola bars.
Im not sure, the one i stayed at locked their entrance doors from 11pm-7am even though the entrance said open 24hrs
