I booked a room for my sister in law that came from out of town to celebrate her bday and her reservation that was booked thru hotels.com was not honored. She was treated horribly and was told they were full. She apparently was not the only one with that issue, there was another person in the lobby going thru the same thing, she called me and I tried to speak to the clerk, he didn't want to speak to me. It's been over a week and several calls later and my money has not been reimbursed. Waiting to see if I get reimbursed if not I will call a local news channel and get them unwanted free publicity

I have pros and cons for this place. I'll start with the good. Tina, who checked me in, was very nice and friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I had to change rooms because the first one smelled horric and she helped me immediately and even checked the new room I was switching to. The room was nice overall but a little dated but I did like the bathroom a lot. The shower was great. Then when I was checking out, Sherita helped me and she was very kind as well and made sure there was nothing else I needed. Now for the bad. The hallways are very creepy and don't smell very pleasant. Although I was only there for 2 days, the stove system was very dated that I didn't even bother using it. And unless I didn't see them, there were no pots or pans provided for me. The sound proofing is absolutely terrible because I heard so much noise and even sirens from outside woke me up a couple times. There definitely needs to be improvements, but not bad for a couple nights stay.
