If I can give negative stars I would but i'm going to start by giving ms Misha burks super negative stars. She was so unprofessional, super hard to reach and heartless. June 30th I put in my application and turned in my money order (keep in mind it's unsigned and not made out to anyone) she took it and made a copy and kept both (it was still blank) She told me she will do the application and let me know after lunch. Next day rolls by and I hear nothing so Friday I call and they say it's still pending and they will tell me tuesday afternoon. Tuesday rolls by and I still have to call them, I get no updates nothing. They act like it's no big deal they tell me when I arrive there that they are waiting on rental history and job verification, my boss has been waiting all week for a call and hasn't received not one. Today (July 6th 2022) I get a text at 8am from Misha saying I was denied. I go up there to get answers and ironically a LEASING agent seem to don't hold any information as to why I was denied? she said she doesn't know the property manager does. I brought up my blank money order and told her I need it all back due to me not even making it out to the apartments and she admitted of committing FRAUD and signing the entire money order for me. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go here. They are TRASH, THEIVES AND HEARTLESS SNAKES.

if i could rate it below a one i would … i lived here from may 2021 - april 2022 , worst apartment ever , had no heater during the winter storm , had no a/c and they would send people to come fix it and the people would say “we’ll come back tomorrow to fix it more” and they would never come and when we asked the apartment if they ( maintenance ) went to our apartment they said yes and we looked at our ring doorbell camera and they never came … and when we brought it to their attention they kept sending different people to come fix it … it never got fixed , there is a curfew for minors , once the roof hood for the parking spots fell down and it stayed like that maybe for a good month , my relative’s car got broken into , we had roaches and a rat while staying here and this apartment complex has been infested with them since it was built , my guest had to pay a fee to visit , heard people fighting at 3 am … you can hear people going up the stairs , and now that i have moved out they refuse to give me my deposit back

I've been staying here since 2019. Still currently a resident. Only because I really hate moving. I love the fact that it's really spacious! But that's it! Management keep changing. They keep adding extra fees! And I've had things needing to be fixed since I first moved here, address it to the front office, but nobody ever comes to fix things. I just say forget it! But I bet once I move out, they are going to try charging me for everything! I think I'm going to give them a list of everything one more time and see if anything happens! I'm not the type that complains really. My sister wrote a review when I first moved here because I'm not the complaining type but she wasn't having it! I just want this stuff fixed so I won't be charged later frfr. Parking sucks and now they want to charge 20$ a month for parking. We only have one amenity which is the pool and it's hardly ever open. But when it is, it's only during office hours. I have never had the chance to enjoy it since I've lived here and my kids only have been able to get inside once! When my refrigerator went out, they bring me another used beat up refrigerator which had dead roaches inside!🤮 But as I don't complain I just cleaned it out good myself. But afterwards I started seeing a roach here and there. I know if there's one, there's a lot of them hiding somewhere🤦🏽♀️. I hate moving but I think I'll pass on renewing my lease this year🤦🏽♀️

I was in desperate need of finding a new place to call home. I called these apartments. Was able to view an apartment that was already available the same day. I brought in all my information for Ms. Bethany the exact same day, and was moved in a week later. Ms. Bethany worked very professionally from the time I met her. I love my apartment and happy to call this place home. Thank you Bethany for all your hard work and dedication.

Call corporate, the number is on the emails that they send to residents. Also, the regional manager is on property every Tuesday.

You only pay water with your rent. Electric will be through whoever you choose to use.
