My room wasn’t cleaned except when I did it and my granddaughter took trash and linens to the front. This was 5 weeks stay& the prices varied greatly! The bc night staff was good! Not Kadience but Mary.

I was notified the day of my reservation that they could not honor the reservation with no explanation. Brittany had zero compassion and seemed to not care out all about the situation and refused to provide an explanation as to why. When asking if they had any sister hotels who may be able to put up my family she was rude and eventually I asked when the GM came in so I could speak to them about the situation, she became even more rude. 3 hours later I was able to speak with the GM who was quite upset with me for talking o er him because he was not listening to my concerns. I did not want a discount nor was I asking for anything from him merely wanting to express my concern on how the conversation with his staff went, their lack of compassion, and the situation all together. He seemed to not care what I said regarding the matter stating he didn't believe his staff would have reacted that way. He did offer to try to find me a room at one of their other properties but after the conversation with him and his staff, and the lack of concern for the situation I would not choose this place ever. Hotels are a dime a dozen and in the service industry your demeanor with your customer is what sets you apart from others. It is clear this concept is lost at this facility and it goes all the way up to management.

Great Stay. Brittany was extremely helpful and made the stay worth it all. She treated my family like her own and we greatly appreciate her service and kindness. She has outstanding customer service skills that should definitely be recognized. Brittany from my family to you, we appreciate you more than you could know.

Had a small kitchenette. No table, no chairs no loveseat or comfy place to sit. Had to stay here 2 weeks because of necessity. Ask for a small couch or comfy chair, they said they didn't have any or in storage. My friend bought me a lawn chair.
