I myself and one other literally stood outside in the cold for over 1/2 hour , while the clerk appeared to be doing other business – he actually did not care??? Unbelievable! If I told this and the rest, I would have to write a page. By the ratings, a lot of people must have dealt with the lady (very polite). I called around the day before and couldn't find another room in Dallas (Saturday night). I have only stayed at a motel 6 out of duressful necessity, due to consistently bad experiences – but this sick dalek… he’s a nightmare. If someone had said all of what happened to me, I wouldn’t, I couldn’t believe them. it was that bad… Steer away from here if you can.

Have stayed here numerous times in the last 2.5 years usually from 1-2 months at a time. I feel very safe and comfortable in this location. Management gets to know you and keeps an eye on the property and makes sure the place is secure. I tend to ask for the same room as I feel like I know my room. Room is clean and housekeeping does a good job during their twice weekly visits on long term stays. I always call direct to reserve my room and they always do a good job for my return. I prefer to stay here over other places and plan for my next visit in February.

I have known the owner and this staff for 17+ years. The staff including Patricia are polite and courteous and they do a wonderful job cleaning the rooms. The day time Manager and overnight Manager are polite, caring and considerate. When you stay here you have easy access to food, entertainment and within walking distance if the Dart Rail System. You can't go anywhere else in this area and pay such a low price for what this Hotel offers.
