We went to Lowes late Tuesday evening and had to buy some drainage pipe. There were only 3 in stock and we needed 4 more and Kayla offered to help us. These are 10 foot pipes and she researched the store, found them, and carried them to us! We also needed some channel drains and saw only one that had not been opened. Kayla, the ASM, offered again to help and found us the needed pieces. What a great employee!!

Well stocked with new flowers and pots, but the staff was useless. When i tried to ask where something was, 3 different times i got a resounding "i don't know". In other words, they could not be bothered to actually help. No customer service from them at all.

2nd time ordering carpet from this location and I live 20 miles away and pass a couple others Lowes in doing so. Great service both times. Even bought a clearance fridge for my garage. I really appreciated the help Peter and Brandon gave me. It was a great experience today.

I like Lowe's because of their Saturday how-to classes. They're always free, and you can learn so much. You might think, I already know how to do that, but you may not be doing it the most durable way. Or maybe they will show you an easier way to do it with a different tool or product. They're very knowledgeable. Only their senior people provide the classes. The Lowe's near me has them Saturdays from 10:30-11:30. And they keep a big list of classes outside the store so you can just drive by to see what's coming up. And one of the very best things is how they take care of our military members. They now have reserved parks spots for active duty members or veterans. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate getting the military discount. Once you show them proof of your service, they're able to put it up every time after that by your phone number.
