Last week, our work van had the rear door locked punched in, power and hand tools stolen, employee was in store for about 5 mins. We parked in the middle of the lot, closer to the garden center. Security guard was on cell phone with what sounded like a personal call and was dismissive. Store manager would not allow review of parking lot camera and was unconcerned. Police said it would be 4 hours until a call back. It was 11 hours until a call back. Police will not come. Value of tools was greater than $2000. While assessing damage and inventory, my employee witnessed an individual jump from a truck with alarm sounding, quickly enter into a waiting car, and speed off out the parking lot. This location always has 4-5 vehicles parked in the fire lane, DPD could fund more officers just by non-stop ticketing at this location. Parking lot has very narrow drives and many sightlines are blocked. My company will not shop here again. HD is virtue signaling with security. Location is always crowded busy. Beware your personal and vehicle safety.

Pretty much what I expect from a big-bix store. Friendly and helpful staff, decent selection, etc. Garden center plants tend to be healthy/well cared for unless they've been in the store for a while

Placed a $3,000.00 order with this home depot for flooring installation. Have called several times and am either placed on hold indefinitely or hung up on. Requested manager several times and finally got through. Was told materiel was delivered. I never got a call, email, notification, nothing.... The manager said they would call the supplier and get back to me. No call back. Tried calling back and I am still on hold trying to reach some one. This is the worst home improvement process I have ever gone through.
