I am ashamed to say that this was my first visit to this True Value. What a unique place!! Chick's man, they sell baby chicks! ok, thats outta the way, I Needed copy of my car key. I had already purchased the replacement key, (Ford allows you to program your keys instead of having to go to the dealer and spend 200 bucks for a key). So, I just needed a copy made. Helpful employee Kirby (I hope I got that right) told me that normally they don't use a key that a customer brings in because if it's done wrong it could cause a problem with the customer, Told Kirby I trust him, and he copied away. Perfect match and charged me 4 bucks. This is the exact type of neighborhood store we should support because it's so unique. I will recommend to anyone that will listen and have a new home for any hardware needs. Sadly, it's almost jarring when you actually receive good customer support these days. Thanks to all, hope to shop again here soon.

My family and I were looking for some items when I felt like we were being watched. When I had questions regarding the merchandise, I felt alienated and antagonized. Will not be back. Seems like this place only cater to a certain group of people.😒

They also did not have custom glass cutting I don't think they had glass at all
