Constant STEAM! This means HOT showers! Frequent hot showers will cause premature fading as well as premature AGING. Hot showers feel great but need to be taken with caution. Our suggestion is once or twice a month, not everyday or every other day especially not more than two times a day. It causes inflammation and cellular breakdown. You will save on all of the expensive skin care, facials, potential plastic surgeries if you can try to refrain from constant hot steam showers. An active lifestyle with swimming, constant sweating, and/or saunas will cause premature fading. Oily skin type Smoking

Microblading: USES a hand tool that has an average of 12 needles packed together form a blade. The tool is used to manually make tiny cuts called hair strokes into the skin as it deposits pigment. The idea is to create the illusion and dimension of individual hair. Great for clients that have fair skin and sporadic hair growth. Not so great for clients that have more of an oily or acne prone skin type and high risk for scarring. Typically last between 6 months to 2 years. The technique is meant to be very light, clean and crisp. Powder Brows: Uses a pen like device connected to a machine that penetrates the skin with a single prong needle that springs forward and back motion. This is similar to a very fast tapping motion and gives brows the illusion of powdered-in makeup effect. Will hold the shape longer than microblading, as microblading has more the look of “fluffy brows” and powder brows has more of a clean “defined shape”. Last between 1-3 years. Touch ups are recommended.

Permanent Makeup: Pigment is deposited deeper into the dermal layer of the skin using a minimum of 3 prong needle. It is a more aggressive application resulting in more pain and potential scarring. Can last between 5-10 years. The results are harsh and indelibly irreversible. Due to the body's chemistry (acidity) of the of the skin there is a high chance of pigment to gradually change colors. Semi-Permanent Pigments are deposited very superficially into the skin using only a single prong needle. Can last between 1-3 years. Touch ups are necessary to maintain color vibrancy and shape definition. Pigment is deposited between the epidermis and the dermis therefore the pigment will fade as your skin naturally exfoliates. Color will lighten and fade out before it has a chance to change to a primal color (blue or red).

A form of micro-pigmentation (permanent makeup). Specially formulated pigment is deposited superficially into the skin with a single sterile needle. It is a soft layering technique that gives ultimate control to the artist to create the most natural looking powdered brow.

The longevity of your lash extensions are directly connected to your natural lash growth and how well you care for them (See Aftercare on our website). For full sets, we include a FREE 30-min touch up appointment to be used within the first 4-days of receiving the lashes. This check-up allows us to see how the lashes have adhered and held up in the first few days, and to take care of any initial issues. For Refills, if you have experienced an unusual amount of fall out in the first 3-days and have followed our after care procedures and still feel that you are not seeing the ideal result, please call so we can book you in for an immediate consult and repair at no cost.

Full Set appointments take 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on your chosen style. Bi-weekly refills take 60 minutes every 2-3 weeks.

The ideal time to wait before washing your face and wetting your eyelash extensions is 48 hours. The lash adhesive needs that time to bond securely.

The first 48 hours after having eyelash extensions are the most important. We ask that you avoid sports and recreation activities that cause you to sweat, and especially those taking place in humid conditions. Examples include but are not limited to swimming, showering, visits to spas and saunas, tanning. After the initial 48 hours you can return to your regular routine as the lash adhesive will be fully secure. It is still advised however to steer clear of high temperature and humidity saunas as they can loosen the adhesive bond prematurely. Learn more about eyelash extension aftercare on our website.

The natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes directly influences the longevity of your eyelash extensions. Refills should be required every 2 to 3 weeks but this does depending on your daily facial cleansing routine and physical activity.

Our extensions fall into the Classic, Hybrid and Volume Style Categories. Classic is one-to-one extensions to lashes, our most natural look. Volume is all "fans" of extensions ranging from 4 to 10 lashes per fan attached to your lashes. This is the most voluminous and glamorous of looks. Hybrid is a mix of Classic single lashes and Volume fans. It is the best of both worlds so to speak and the most popular style for our guests.

Permanent Makeup is a form of a cosmetic semi-permanent tattooing that uses a manual (not a machine) disposable handheld tool composed with very fine needles to create makeup style designs with semi-permanent ink.
