I wouldnt take anything here if you know whats good for you! I have a personal relationship with them and they screwed me out of over $1000. I dropped off more than 16 dwt of platinum and they send me a check for $166. I have a store and do this everyday, so I know what I'm doing. The thing is they don't even have my metals anymore top prove to me what they did. The young ladies at the front are so rude and won't do anything to help you out. Her exact words were "Well sorry we have already shipped your metals off and here is your check! Sorry thats how we do business!" Nobody else in this industry works this way. They are supposed to call you or email you and find out if you want to settle or not. We were having an assay done, I wouldnt have ever in a million years sold 16.1 dwt of platinum and for $166. All I can say is you all better beware if you use these guys! I will never make the mistake again in my life and they will be seeing me in court. They wont even let me speak to a person in charge. Thats very convient!

We could melt it and turn it into a bar and charged a 19% flat rate as long as its ovet 1000 dollars, but where we melt they will not let us keep the bar. They expect us to sell it to them if you are looking to buy large quantity of silver is really best to buy it in 10 oz bars or less it makes it easier to sell when you get ready.
