Can I just say that I come here pretty often cuz it’s close to my house and I can honestly say that the lady that works at the first window, the one with the glasses I’m sorry I don’t know her name but she is the sweetest woman ever she has EXCELLENT customer service she is so sweet and so amazing each and every time. She makes every experience such a good one. I just wanted to say that! Thank you

I payed $20 for breakfast sandwiches and hash browns didnt check the bag got all the way to the job site to find out they gave me 4 hashbrowns and 1 breakfast sandwich this location is always unorganized and the management is not very concerned about the way customers are treated by employees just there for a pay check.. disrespectful and unprofessional kids who act like they have better things to do then work like a team..

Sandy went above and beyond to resolve an issue and complaint that was filed against the store in parkland. Sandy was very polite and extremely professional. I wish the parkland store had someone like Sandy to guide them.

They take a little bit to much to had my order ready but it's understandable if they have a lot of orders. Cashier seems new and she was making mistakes like making orders as separate items instead of a meal causing customer overpaying. But the thing that make rate this McDonald's with 2 stars was because was dirty in the play area. In the good side, they have a bathroom in the play area for the kids.
