Memo's Mexican Food

Used to be a go to for me. Food quality has gotten seriously bad, service would've been zero stars. Wasted $60 on our order which we only drank the cokes and ate the churros the 3 orders of carne asada fries were inedible. Asked for no guacamole, and extra carne asada, didn't listen to either request. What once was a gem, is a dumpster fire.

I don't normally give 1 star for memos, but last night I ordered some food, 2 bean and cheese burrito and enchiladas combo meal, and it was literally sloppy when I opened it. The enchilada was on the side right of the box looking like it was squished with the burrito. Also the beans and the rice didn't taste fresh. Like what the heck, if I were go to the Tacoma or the Seattle location I wouldn't get food sloppy like that. If this comment change how they prep there food than good if not your better off spending the same at the Tacoma location.

So this is the fifth time I have had my order almost break my dentures. This time it's cartilage, three time cause they are to lazy to go buy real potatoes like they used too and are using french fries, not authentic as the sign says. And first time was a large piece of hardened chorizo.

Memo's quality has gone down, in the past year. Idk if it's because of Covid. But their carne Asada fries used to be a big portion with more cheese, meat, and avocado than fries. Which is why we chose memo's over other places.... Now it's like a kids meal. With more fries than the other ingredients. And they still have a tiny portion versus back in their hayday. Hope they better themeselves.
