My card was stolen and used at this store. They have not been helpful in getting me a refund. Over $1600 is a lot of money to not have back. My card was canceled by my bank because of the fraudulent charge. Joanna from monoprice has said it has been refunded to the card and that’s all they can do. They refund cannot come through on my side because the card is cancelled. My bank can do a temporary lift on the card but we would need to be on a conference call. I’ve sent multiple emails over the past two weeks. I also called the company and they referred me to their “fraud department” after a 30 minute phone call and being on hold for a long time. The fraud department went to a voicemail where I left a message and never heard back. I’m beyond frustrated!!! Why are they punishing me for being a victim of fraud?!!

I made a return on April 18, 2022 through Newegg, and on the day they received the item they sent me an message saying " Hello, Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the inconvenience. You will need to submit a return through Newegg. Have a nice day! Regards, Ralf" after I made my return through Newegg. so I call them directly to get specifics, not only did they not give me the information I was requesting but the first guy that answered his name was Ally said to me "we received your item" when I asked for an email he refused to send me one with what he said to me because he had to "confirm that the warehouse had received it" after i asked to talk to a supervisor he said "oh they're on a meeting. and then he hung up. so I called again and to my surprise the second guy could not find my information nor could he help me out in anyway. I would personally tell you to stay away from this company!

These guys used to be great, but they are now selling non-brand products with only 30 day warranty and not letting the consumer know. I have scoured a few different product pages of these types of products and there is absolutely no indication there is no brand and no warranty. I'm not getting burned again with a product like that and I'm not shopping here again. After some fighting, I did get a small partial refund, but I'm not going through that again.
