We rented a 10x20 refrigerated unit for $400/mo. Upon move in day there was not a working light in the unit. We were told this light would be fixed. After a month, the light is still not fixed. The mgr. tried her best but the light is still not fixed. This is a safety hazard and Stor n Lock refused any compensation. Stor n Lock has not lived up to their end of our rental agreement.

Staff is extremely friendly and professional. When I lock myself out of my unit they were very helpful getting me back. They did a great job of not making me feel like an idiot for locking the keys inside.
