No body answers the phones and went to visit on Sunday at 1 pm and the lights were on in the leasing office and cars parked outside but no one came to the door.

Nice area, spacious apartments, vastly understaffed. My sister has had a great experience with this apartment complex which motivated me to move-in. Upon move in we had a host of issues, and clearly no inspection had been done. Our place was filthy and many things were broken (screens, blinds, shower, washer, etc.). I gave extra stars because while this was extremely frustrating, after complaining and citing the numerous concerns, most were fixed quickly. Unfortunately, it is 3 weeks post move-in and we have yet to be given a working washer. Ours does not function AT ALL and we were told it would be replaced in 5-7 days. It is now 3 weeks later (22 days) post move-in and we have been given no update, no new washer, and no apologies. Also, they offered no form of accommodation for the numerous problems we have endured. I do appreciate the lengths they went to fix the issues in the beginning, but this whole washer debacle is extremely aggravating and making us loose faith in management. Will update once it has been fixed.
