I just moved here Bianca is very nice and helpful I love my apartment the neighbors are very nice as well. But I am not happy with the maintenance team I moved here in sept 1st my hot water is not very hot it is very warm. I call them three times and every time I call they came and said fix it still not hot where ur bathroom should steam not be shivering when u come out the shower I think I need new water heater to be honest all I want is actual hot water but I guess I can’t get I ask them repeatedly I don’t think they understand what hot water is or they just not good for the job

Property sold several times over a two year period. Not the best costumer service. Maintenance is very dismissive of when you have issues. Personally had AC issues for the 2 years we lived there. We got a partial refund of our deposit with no explanation. Very disappointing. Leasing office constantly closed for unforeseen circumstances.

Would leave a zero star if I could simply because property manager Diana is so full of herself and literally thinks she knows everything when in fact she knows nothing she’s just loud and annoying and refuses to be wrong! Unqualified to be in a management role needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY!

This place is actually one of the nicest apartments in the community, from newly renovated to awesome groundskeeping, I also would like to acknowledge the fact that Bianca is a perfect leasing specialist she is always on point, curteous and extremely professional. I would recommend to any, and all to have Ms. Bianca as your go to person, in any and all of your residential matters.
