If you enter Germantown rec park from 118 it's the first left. You can't see the equipment easily from road due to hill
I think there is a bathroom it’s just farther away from the playground.
Not that I know of, but getting one wouldn't hurt especially since they're so saught after. I bring my son here every day it doesn't rain and I've never seen signs saying reserved unless it's a very large event
No, I'm afraid you have to bring your own. If they did install hand sanitizer dispensers then they would have to refill them. However, there is a bathroom to the right of the parking lot that has soap inside the bathroom, but I could be wrong.
