The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I had received a text asking for feedback and gave a poor rating due to recent experience. The manager, Nick, reached out to me and was very professional and considerate. His handling of my feedback completely changes my perspective to more understanding and thankful to the hardworking staff at this PF that do care about their customers.

Great, Staff and Spacious Facility and lots of equipment options. Best place to stay healthy in Germantown besides the open playgrounds.

If you have the black card, there's some sort of machine that gives off some sort of heat. I may be wrong Ive never seen anyone use it EVER. That's the closest ive seen besides in the summer the ac causes condensation on the Windows.
