The adviser Victor Sandoval helped me out. Received great customer care and he is really friendly. Took my vehicle for an oil change and it was done quick. I will definitely come back on my next oil change or any other service that my Honda requires.

To be honest!, they deserve -3 stars! They don't really care. It's hurry up and buying!! They promise and they don't deliver! They say one thing and do another! And before you know it!, it's too late!!! You already signed the paperwork!, and they are laughing behind your BACK!!! Again if I can give this company -4 Stars or maybe less! I just called today and they gave me the run-around, they do not want to resolve anything problems they caused. The owner of this Honda dealer responses (to the internet comments), but yet he does not want to directly resolve the issue that his employees caused. To be honest stay away from this dealership! As soon as they do a deal, they don't care about customer service! Truth be told!, the owner DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, all he cares about is making money off people's backs!, that work hard for their money!! ATTN: this is an Alert and Update!!, the owner(s) of Imperial Valley Honda is also the same owner(s) of Chula Vista Auto Group (in Chula Vista, CA). I spoke with someone today (8-31-2022) at the Chula Vista Auto (Honda), and then asked me, "why don't you shop at the Imperial Valley Honda", we took ownership of that dealership, so I explained the situation, then they said someone will call me back (they did). So they called me back and (AGAIN) I told him the situation (about the Imperial Valley Honda), and HE hung up on me!! Apparently they don't want to hear the TRUTH about one of their stores (their dealership(s)!! So if you are shopping for a Honda stay away from the Chula Vista Auto Group!! AGAIN!, stay away from the Imperial Valley Honda and Chula Vista Auto [Honda] Group!, they are the same owners!! The slightest nicest thing I can say about the Chula Vista Auto (Honda) Group is, the person answering the phone(s), answered my call, was that they mentioned, (the truth) they also own, The Imperial Valley Honda too!! That is it for now!, I will try to do more updates as I keep shopping for a decent "deal" on !!!A NEW Honda!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership 3/30/22. When I purchased my vehicle from them I also had a vehicle to trade in. They handled all of the paperwork for me but did not give me any proof of release of liability for the vehicle that I traded in. On 5/2/22 I reached out to my sales person Arturo requesting proof of release of liability, the reason being that I had received a toll violation for the vehicle that I had traded in. Obviously I no longer had possession of the vehicle and whoever has possession of it now has yet to put it into their name. He assured me he would send all the information to his DMV clerk and That I would have nothing to worry about. Even though he insisted I would have nothing to worry about I still requested he send me proof that I had traded in that vehicle to them, I never received them. On 6/25/22 I received another toll violation in the mail and once again reached out to Arturo. He responded the next day only saying “ok”. Today is 8/29/22 and I am STILL receiving toll violations in the mail! I called this morning and was transferred to the finance department, I was put on hold then transferred to someone not even working at the Honda dealership. I hung up with whoever it was they transferred me to and continued to call back the dealership. Once again I asked to connected to the finance department, no answer. Called back a third time, once again no answer. They have great customer service up until they get the sale and after that they could care less. I would not recommend buying a car with them because once you leave most Likely any questions you have you will have to figure everything out on your own. I live a little over 2 hours away and most likely will have to make a day trip just to have proof of release of liability when they are fully capable of just sending it via email.
