Great service. As a South African in the bay I struggle a bit with hearing the Asian accent. Although they do try to accommodate me and get someone to translate the words that I don’t understand. ATM on site if you don’t have cash in you. Great place to go. Don’t need appointment but it does make it easier to go there. Haven’t been to a different nail place since I’ve been in the bay.

I have had two nails pip off and have only been 1 week old and I pay good money its not cheap to get nails done they need to make sure its quality work and quality products

2 hours for a fill. They kept starting and stopping my nails. Equipment didn't work right. I was yelled at because I wanted my nails cut down first. No reason to buff something that will be cut off but instead of doing what I asked, the tech yelled at me, that she will cut them when she's ready.

I went to this salon last Friday when I was in California . They rushed on me , and did a horrible paint job on my nails, and they made my nails bumpy on the right thumb and my left hand, my right thumb was rounded and my left thumb was pointy . I asked for square nails and not to cut the side but they didn’t listen when I got home my stepmom had to file them. Also my nails are lifting and one came of.
