Ford in itself I have no issue with, I’ve always driven a Ford (f150) for work and I’ve never had any major issues, where the issue lies is in the dealership itself, they simply don’t have good costumer service. I don’t know if it’s policy to not let you know when your vehicle is ready to pick up or I just happen to pick the service advisor that refuses to do that, I have to either call them myself after estimating how long it’ll take them to work on my vehicle or drive to the dealership and ask in person because they just won’t answer when I call just to be told that my vehicle has to stay another day. Disappointing to say the least.
