Dishonest staff and stolen valuables—Extremely disappointed in our stay at this hotel. We travelled for a family wedding with our young children and in a rush of checking out—my son left behind his Nintendo switch and my husband and I did not realize until a couple hours later when we were on route to our next location and could not go back. We called the hotel as soon as we realized, just a couple hours later, it was left behind but were told it was “not found”. We know it was left in the room and are extremely disappointed by the dishonesty of the staff to not turn this item in to the front desk. Yes, this is absolutely our mistake, however we had hope the staff would be honest and help get it returned to us. The head of housekeeping has taken no action on this, and the staff at the front desk kept us on the hook for days taking no action as well. Beware if you accidentally leave something behind at this hotel, you will never see it again…

Very good hotel! The rooms looked just like the pictures! Me and my family were happy for finally we have a good hotel! We were on the 4th floor, and I liked the view from the window. I like how the room is BIG and has space. There is a desk, even a COUCH! Wow! And in the bathroom, it was very clean and pretty. In the shower, it even had liquid soap and other stuff for you to wash with. I definitely recommend this place if you are going with family. I wish I could come back again here!! 😁

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was easily accessible & easy to find. My first impression of the lobby was that it was spacious, clean, and modern. The front desk associate was supper nice & helped me navigate to the beach.! Our room was beautiful. Loved the spacious bathroom, & large bed. Plus the little welcome touch on the tv was nice.! The only downside would be not having liners for the trashcan but that's no biggie!

Nice location, clean rooms and courteous staff made it a good short stay for us. Only issue was that the bathtub was too slippery and our daughter actually had a bad fall. The service staff though fixed it the same evening by putting a non slippery mat and were kind enough to check on our daughter.
