Male employee extremely rude when calling to ask if they have something. Said 'I'm the furniture guy and I don't know what you are asking for'. Laughed at me because he did not know what I was talking about. Nice customer service Big Lots. Know where NOT to shop now!

Big Lots is a Big Disappointment! The store is in complete disarray, it looks like they moved the shelves and when they put items back on shelves, they just tossed them! Just a mess, I was so disappointed!
