I applied my rewards for a free pizza, bought two extra pizzas and when I went in to pay and pick up my order, they implied my reward didn’t work, and “That’s why it was cheaper” when we paid the amount anyone would pay without a reward point. Thought it might’ve glitched so I checked my rewards and it was still marked as used for that order. Sketchy. Their entire demeanor changed when my husband walked in before we even knew and they became very standoffish and it was very odd. They obviously used our reward for a free pizza

Horrible, horrible customer service. I will be calling their corporate office after what happened tonight. We’ve been using domino’s for years and years and it is one of our favorite pizza places. However, this Domino’s has given us trouble before and we have overlooked it. No more. Go to Mountain Mike’s, Fatte’s, you name it. Do not give this restaurant your business until they clean up their employees’ attitudes and get some workers who actually work. Extremely disappointed. If I was the manager and I found out how these workers treated paying customers, I would have them fired.
