I really thought this place would be better than it was considering I paid 680.00 for two nights! The check in person was good. However, the “snack” store was wiped out. No bottle water at all and they do not have any vending machines. I was told by the front desk there was a “Dollar Tree” down the road! Are you serious!? I took my very first shower the first night at 11pm and there was NO HOT water at all. It was barely even warm and the water pressure was non existent! Come on Marriott. The Navy Lodge I stayed at the night before was HOT and pressure was excellent. I am so disappointed and afraid I will be taking another terrible shower tomorrow. SMH.

Highly recommend for families! We have an infant and a toddler. The bathroom / tub room are split so they’re basically two rooms that a pack and play would fit in. We made sure we weren’t gonna shower for the night and put our sons pack n play into that room and closed the door for the night and we still had access to the bathroom. Then the trundle bed was perfect for our toddler. In the past we’ve made a partition with a blanket from that area too. Sooo nice to have had this space and be able to sleep all in one room without being awake all night.

MY FIRST STAY (MARCH19-20;$270) I CHECKED OUT WITHIN AN HOUR OF CHECKING IN. You walk in to this beautiful room and you’re loving it. I go to get comfortable and there’s hair and debris in the shower from a previous guest. I myself!! Got it out and showered. Shortly after showing I go to use the restroom and there’s URINE all over the toilet. I then collected my items and checked out, like that’s nasty! It was already late so most other rooms were already at capacity. TERRIBLE NIGHT MOVING ON TO MY NEXT (NO)STAY (MARCH 31-APRIL1;$201) Family was coming into town, something happened to where they were no longer coming, I tried to cancel my reservation THE SITE NEVER GOT A RESPONSE FROM THE PROPERTY, My card was charged , I contacted the booking site and the property. The booking site again tried to request a cancellation (2 days later STILL WAITING) Called property Thursday and Friday left voicemails, left messages through the booking site, Which still haven’t been returned. I finally get a manager on the phone today (Saturday) , whose customer service skills were poor to say the least. She had a very nonchalant attitude, There was no “I understand your concerns, but etc is the policy “ It was “yea I see you were charged, we don’t do cash back for no shows” SO AT THE PROPERTY’S EXPENSE BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY CHOOSE WHEN THEY WANT TO DO THEIR JOB, I WAS CHARGED FOR A ROOM I NEVER CHECKED INTO, There’s a way to handle every situation, even if she couldn’t refund the money. THE AUDACITY FOR HER TO BE RUDE WITH ME LIKE I CHARGED HER CARD IS UNACCEPTABLE . And this was “the manager” whom I spoke with, never got a name. But From the recent reviews I’ve read and my personal experience I won’t be back

Excellent location! Get the gulf side rooms, amazing view! Right on the beach. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish the restaurant/bar had been open for our week stay but it’s the off season and totally understandable. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

It greatly depends on traffic and the time you plan to go out there. It can take you 20 minutes with moderate traffic to get there. However, if everyone else is going out there, it can take up to 45 minutes or so. That's to cross both bridges and to get through the toll booth.
Yes. You can get quarters for the machines at the front desk.
