Positive: Nothing, my wife arrived and when sent to an already occupied room, left and paid out-of-pocket for another room at a hotel nearby. Having to pay this hotel, where she didn't feel safe, and book elsewhere nearby, basically doubled the cost for her stay. Negative: Your hotel partner, Candlewood Suites in Pensacola Florida, left my wife so concerned for her safety that she booked another room nearby so she could sleep comfortably knowing no uninvited guest would be sent to her room like they sent her to another.

Positive: Hotel is in a great location and very close to dinning and airport. It was very clean, staff was extremely nice and rooms were very nice. Negative: My only complaint was, I wish the room would have been a king bed instead of just a queen size bed. Most hotels only have double queens and single King Size beds. We got a single queen bed which was a little strange. Other than that, it was great.

We only stayed here just because this place is pet friendly . Room was clean but not teral, we found some dog food behind the curtain. We reported and good of them was that they take off the pet fee off.

I called ahead to see if they had a room available for an early morning check in because I am a day sleeper and the lady at the desk said sure. I went in and started the process of checking in. In the process the lady asked me if I was staying just one night. I answered yes and in fact I would be checking out at 6:30 the same day. She then told me she only had availability for a next day check out and that she didn't have a room for a same day checkout. This made absolutely no sense that I had to leave and find another hotel. What is the difference if I check out at 630 today or 1130 tomorrow?
