DO NOT GO HERE! DISHONEST BUSINESS!! Advetised for free rotation but they didn't rotate the left front and back tires AT ALL. We went right back to the store, and they still denied that they didn't do anything wrong. Very disappointed, and this experience tells me that they are not doing their jobs properly. My car shows the psi of all tires, and front and back tires have different psi. After rotation, left front and back tires did get rotated. With advance techology for newer cars, they cannot just lie like that. I'm sure he had no idea that I would be able to tell if he did his job or not. You just never know what they would do behind your back. This place cannot be trusted! This is fraud and I will report to the corporate office. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Ended up going to Pepboy down the road - free tire rotation and fast service! A piece of advice - If you ever go there for rotation, mark your tires before going there to make sure they actually change tires properly.

We bought tires here and had our brakes replaced. So when we heard a knocking in the front wheel well, of course we brought it here. To our disappointment, these guys attempted to swindle is out of $1,500.00 dollars, telling us that our oil pan is cracked and the shocks need to be replaced. We hoped to have an inspection leading to a tune up on our Honda, however, nothing they said made sense. They offered to conduct an oil change and inspection for $500.00. My partner took our car to our regular spot for oil chanhes. No cracked pan, but the liquids were low. Everything else looked great. Guess what? No more knocking noise. The complaints I saw the other day on the BBB website confirms our suspicion - shady hustle. We will NOT bring our car here again.

Had a great experience at this location. Superb customer service! Had me in and out, took care of alignment, reasonable prices. I will definitely come back again. Ernest (or Ernie) was awesome! Sorry if I’m remembering your name wrong, but thanks for the great service.

These guys are just great. I had a wheel on my BMW that needed to be patched - not plugged but patched and in a very unique way. I pulled in 15 minutes prior to closing time and explained my problem to the guy on duty. He tells me, "Okay, not a problem." Then grabs the wheel and rolls it away. Not 10 minutes later, he returns with the wheel and has it all done. When I asked how much I owed, he tells me , "Nothing." Here's what made this so great to me.... I had never been there prior, nor did I buy the tire from them. I had spent the entire day trying to find a replacement, or plug the hole, and nothing was working! I was running out of time and about to lose my car to the impound yard. As a last resort I tried this place and he saved the day!
