This place is awful! Do not rent from here! Chloe and her staff are atrocious. They ultimately will break their own contract and auction your possessions without proper notice if you have trouble paying! They tack on fee on top of fee which are all dreamt up and have no merit! They have no compassion for you or your belongings, they lie, they cheat and avoid you even when you want to pay your bill! They are discriminatory no matter the situation and they will call the police on you if you go there asking for assistance if they don't like you! They are also on record of assaulting thier customers if they don't succumb to their demands for payment! This place is not only crooked and break their own contractual rules, they are disgusting the way they treat others ! If you do rent and have a bad experience please post your review so this place can be retired!

Cleo was like Wonder Woman - she saved the day for me. I was in the middle of moving out of my home and ran out of space in storage units elsewhere. I showed up 45 mins before closing and Cleo took care of me, stayed late to ensure everything was taken care of, and my movers were able to get their jobs done with space to spare. Thank you!!!

Came in today to check out a 10x20 unit and WOW was i pleased. This place is surprisingly clean, including the restroom. I stopped by just to get some information and i got it all. I had no idea the company offered a free moving truck, and the manager & assistant manager we're super professional. Go check this place out and ask for Cleo and Michael.
