NO! You will pull up, wait for 5 minutes with your hat in your hand like some beggar waiting for the king to finish his personal conversation (while no other customers are there). And a smile!?? Are you kidding? I don’t think this dude has smiled for ANYONE in about 28 years.

Yes, his communication skills are unbelievably bad. When you ask him to repeat some stuff that he glosses over, he will get impatient and angry at you (the customer).
