Resident since 2019, I don't even know where to start. First off, the staff is extraordinarily rude and unhelpful. Came up to discuss my lease at 8:30, which their own website and Google both claim open at 8:30, and I saw the manager headed in and he scowled at me as he passed me and informed me they don't in fact open until 9:30, and told me I'd have to wait another hour because THEIR information is inaccurate. The 24 hour gym they like to tout as an amenity is never actually open, the roach problem is out of control, I had another tenant come into my apartment while I was asleep because apparently her key works on my door, and the AC is out consistently. Trying to get anything fixed here is a nightmare because maintenance doesn't come in a timely manner and when a technician does come 9/10 you can tell they've been drinking, if you can't smell it you can tell by their demeanor. I've also had my car broken into, and someone got shot to death on the front steps leading into my building in the same week I was informed my rent was going up $70 a month. Stay away

Lived here for three months before a leak in my sink flooded my apartment. I called every day for a week to get maintenance to fix it. It went unaddressed for over a week and destroyed most of my belongings. Instead of filing a lawsuit against them like i should have, i just asked to have my lease broken with no fees to me so i could wipe my hands clean. They are still coming after me for damages that they caused by not addressing the flood. Do not live here.

This is the worst apartment complex ever. Management completely ruined it in the last 5 years, some idiot had a brilliant idea to block off with cement the exit at the main entrance, then designated other entry points only exits and didn't bother to tell Google maps, the place is so big you have to wonder around trying to figure out how to leave thanks to the Management's stupid ideas with the entrance. I seriously hate when I have to pick someone up here, it is THE WORST!

Do not move here. The pool is never open. The staff is really rude and hardly answer the phone. They will evict you for the littlest thing and is soooo over priced to live here. There is always theft happening here. The police is always around chasing or arresting ppl or giving tickets. There is no fish in the ponds. The speed bumps are so horrible and the trash cans are always full. This place dose credit checks and is just not a good place to live.i can't express this enough do not live here.

I think they are finalizing the sale of the community. I have tried to call all morning and it goes directly to a prerecorded message.
3/14, I have done what they asked, with exception of moving my apartment into a storage unit .. i dont have $ for that, and I work 12hr days, every weekday. Today, they were to come, for the third time; no call no show. I cannot live like this any longer. I need owner contact. Been waiting for 3 weeks. I keep getting notices left on my door that someone is coming, and if I am not ready, I will be charged $100. I've been ready twice. Twice no one has come. In fact, the company that was to come, told me that the apartment complex cancelled my appointment. I want to know why. Or when they WILL come back, or IF they are going to come at all. I dont think thats too much to ask. I've been extremely patient, to this point. They wouldnt want to live under these circumstances. Since no one has come, I should be able to deduct $200 from my rent. No calls. No return messages. They wont let me talk to anyone if I go in the office. This is ungodly disappointing.

It is terrible. When I lived there our A/C went out when it was about 90 out and it wasn't fixed for 36 hours. They rarely answer the phones. There are bed bugs everywhere. I would stay far away.
