Terrible experience. If you want to be embarrassed in front of other guests for too many returns, please come here! I am a Diamond member and was given the wrong item in a pickup order from another store. I came here to do the return and to my surprise, I was offered less money than what I paid. That is when I realized that the store who filled my order gave me the wrong size. I was made to feel like I did something wrong, and the manager on duty even called the fulfilling store to verify what happened, and they apparently saw on cameras that “the right size was placed in my bag”. Basically insinuating that I was lying. How else would I have gotten the perfume ! It made no sense to me. The manager then said “you’ve made a lot of returns in 30 days, I would monitor that, and I will do the return this one time for you but next time you need to report the error to the store the same day.” Like I did something wrong ? In front of other guests. How would I know it was wrong when I literally JUST opened the product and hadn’t tried it yet? Not once did I receive an apology for receiving the wrong item in the first place. I wonder if it’s because I was dressed in casual clothes and a head scarf, I didn’t look the part? Truly a humiliating experience for someone who spends thousands of dollars here and I will just take my money to Sephora.

Was shopping for a specific perfume for my mom for her birthday and this store supposedly had it. It wasn't up front with all the other brands so I asked Paisley if they had it or if I should just order it online and she went above and beyond to help me. Apparently there was one in the back that she was able to find but she checked in multiple places and just went out of her way to help which was so appreciated. Thank you Paisley and the North Point Ulta for always being amazing 💕
