I did get denied for the apartment but the assistant manager made it clear to me why got an email instantly and she offered me coffee. The 250 is a bit much to pay but after searching around most apartments charge both fees. I recommend Suncrest because it’s a very nice community.

Please beware from these people they charge me $250 for the application. After 12 days they told me my application got denied with no reason and no email. When I fill up application it's show that admin fees is refundable but unfortunately it's not refundable at all. When I spoke with lady on phone she completely denied about refundable. She said online it's show it's refundable but u not gonna get it.. They people lied about apartment just stealing people money. So please beware before u apply I Suncrest Apartments. It's not $10 or $20 bucks it's $250 we do really hard work for this money . So please careful everyone. Before u apply they will talk with u nicely but after u paid them they not gonna answer ur calls.

I just moved here from Dallas, and I am happy with my apartment. I did not have the ability to view the apartment before I got here so Sam, at the front office took a video and sent it to me; I really appreciated that. When I got here all I had to do was pay my deposit and move in. 2 years 6 months update Lived here and have finally moved out. When I gave my notice things went down hill. 6 Months before moving out I got a new neigbor - this did not work out well. He would be drunk every week and has attepmted to get into our home about about 2 times since moving in. As two females living in the apartment this was a real concern and has caused us to end our lease early. The cops were called once as he was passed out in the walkway. He has tried to hug me several times when I was entering my apartment. The apartment said we had to show proof of this for them to do something. Then about 2 months ago someone stole my road bicyle that was in the hallway for over 2 years. I asked the office to check the cameras and it has been over 2 months now and i have not heard anything. Everytime I follow up they state "we are still checking just file a police report".
