Kennedy House is by far my favorite residential building in the city. The heated rooftop pool is an oasis. The building gets 5+ stars in every category: amenities, helpful and friendly staff, quiet and welcoming neighbors, social activities, location, cleanliness, convenience, and price!

Easy and safe place to live. Building staff make it so easy to live here, even with frequent travel. Building maintenance is excellent and there's a security desk staffed 24/7 . Plus its centrally located with easy access to trains, restaurants and nightlife, not to mention the outdoor pool on the 31st floor. Easy on-site parking is also great to have.

Kennedy House is a fantastic place to live. The residents are friendly and the staff goes above and beyond keeping the place clean and in working order. You also can't beat the location (99 Walk Score, 100 Transit Score, 89 Bike Score). There is a 24-hour security desk, library, gym, community room, secure bike storage, and rooftop pool with fantastic views of Logan Square, Art Museum, and City Hall. Each unit also has its own secure storage cage on the 30th floor. I am really glad I chose to live here.

Not sure but there is a security desk and info desk.
Yes, parking is open to the public, but it is a paid garage. I believe the early-bird rate is $18 on weekdays, but not sure what it is on weekends.
