The rude supervisor expert Henoch as he calls himself. I was told from the customer service department to bring in my phone to any T-MOBILE store. He rudely kept saying and pushing the button and said I don't have a magic button. Due to him being disrespectful he escalated the environment to be hostile along with a customer in the store. I asked him to call to speak to someone at the customer service center to see what notes are on my account. His remark was that not my job. I did file a complaint with the mall and T Mobile. I called myself and was told Henoch was wrong for allowing the escalation and it was his job to take my phone to jump into another phone. I found out from the customer service front desk at the mall this is not the first time customer had reported that store.

First time at this location and I was met with a lazy salesperson. As soon as he knew I was not going to make a purchase but just needed account help, he made sure to get rid of me fast. He was only interested in flirting with his female coworker so he made sure he could not help me. I have been to many other Tmobile stores in orange county and have received exceptional service. This store has some bad employees. I am more than happy to drive much further to get better service. Word of advice: stay away from this store if you aren't there to buy anything.

I went in there on 1/13/2021 to get a new phone screen protector, because mine cracked the man helping me out was nice but the bald guy who was just standing there watching us was incredibly rude. Once the man who was giving me my new phone screen protector was done he asked me to turn off my phone so he could put it on for me but I said I was okay I would do because I don’t feel comfortable with anyone touching my phone considering there’s a virus going around and the bald man was like ‘we have to put it on’ and I said I was fine I could do it and he said they had to so I let the man do it and honestly it came out soo bad there’s air bubbles and pieces of fuzz stuck under it, I will not be coming here again, now I have to go get a new one since this one was not properly put on.

The dude got me fast tracked to get my accessory which was nice. No upsell. No offer to switch me to T-Mobile. Didn’t ask me much about where I lived, work, or played. Please get your employees to be sales people, not clerks.
