MOUSE PROBLEM! There is an ongoing issue with mice. Multiple maintenance requests have been made to resolve the issue. The pest control in unequipped to investigate and resolve as they only put down the same traps you can purchase yourself (which i have) at the home hardware store. Attached are the most recent, but not close to the only, photo of mice. One caught October 3rd and another caught today October 14th. Pest control has yet to come in to investigate the most recent event despite a second request being made. Between the mice problem and the walls being so thin you can hear you neighbor cough, I am actively looking for another residence and do not recommend anyone move here unless you are comfortable living in poor conditions.

I’ve been here for a year and it’s been nice. The management is very helpful and rapid with responses to any of my apartment needs. I love the pool and great peaceful Neighborhood to walk my dog.

Home is where the heart is Quinton is an absolute legend it wouldn’t be possible without him he’s such a great guy and he always makes sure I feel comfortable in my home. AGAIN QUINTON is a legend. HE SHOULD BE MANAGER, he is awesome.

My experience at Rushwood Apartment was not so pleasant. Me and my wife lived here for 4 years. My last year was horrible, we was forced to break our lease , because Management told our neighbors what we told them .That same day I came home from work my neighbor came outside and confronted me at my car , Then I got confronted again the following week. Also Neighbors had there son that’s staying there but not on the lease. Guess what management said when we told them that we wanted to break the lease. The said that they was going to remove the fees because we was in a unsafe situation . And to fix the problem they said they was going to but someone in there like them..How is that fixing the problem. I m not paying the fees and will take Rushwood Apartments to court.,I wouldn’t recommend this dump to nobody. I have footage but can’t attach the video
