Tiffany in the front office is a liability. Do not trust anything she says unless you have something backing it up in writing. Management will throw around legal documents that are incorrectly or incompletely filled before they even attempt to communicate with tenants, and refuse to acknowledge statements made to tenants by office staff. It goes without saying that there are pest issues, according to management insects are evidently "unavoidable" when seeking an apartment in this area. The rent was cheaper than comparable alternatives, for a reason, until the 2022 price increase. I would not recommend this option unless you cannot afford to live elsewhere.

The worst place to live. Listen to the 1 star reviews because they send gift cards to ppl if they rate them highly. All the issues mentioned are true and they never respond.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever come across. The leasing staff is incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude to tenants. I have been moved out of this apartments for MONTHS, and I am still being bombarded with bills for an apartment I no longer live in (yes, I'm being charged for electricity in an apartment I don't live in). On top of everthing, the leasing staff fails miserably at communicating with tenants, yet charges us random bills with absolute ease. This establishment is a disgrace, and I waited so long to write this review because I had hopes of them being better. Carriage House does not strive to do anything other than cause distress for the tenants and I would never refer this apartment complex to anyone I know. I would love to share my experiences with anyone other than Tiffany who never listens to anyone's concerns anyways.

Do not live here. This place is GHETTO. Every morning you will be woken up by maintenance in the courtyard because the walls are paper thin. Catcalled in your own building. Loud parties and screaming children every week night. Security and management is NEVER in the office or at the front desk, so forget if you ever need a package. This place must have turned into low income housing, because it is trash. Also, management bribed the tenants to post positive google reviews with visa gift cards. Do not live here ever. Esp Drexel or UPenn students, DO NOT LIVE HERE.
