I have no clue how these apartments have 4 stars but it was a terrible experience. The sink overflows and always get clogged, the apartments are flooded with roaches and the cabinets are old as hell. Plus the shower will burn you to death if another neighbors turns on the water or flush the toilets & on top of that, you can hear everything that goes on in other people's apartments. I lived here for 5 years, don't make the same mistake I made.

I had applied for an apartment on a Tuesday not expecting to hear anything back since it has been a struggle to get a place, the very next day Cara called me and she was the absolute SWEETEST!! She told me everything I needed to do, was VERY helpful and friendly she called me back a few hours later to tell me I was approved for the apartment!! a WONDERFUL staff I am looking forward to living here!

My name is Claudine Evans, I'm using my sister Susan computer lol, but I'm the one who lives at this apartment, let me tell you I'm having PANIC ATTACK because I really don't wanna leave, but great place to live HONESTLY, I get along with everyone that lives around me, if anything I'm the miserable one lol Ms. Evie the manager GREAT GREAT GREAT, Ricky my boo amazing even I though I get on his nerves real bad, we look out for each other, your needs are handled quickly as possible, if its not done is because Ms. Evie don't know about it, Ms. Kara very professional, stick to the books kind of staff. I am for sure gonna miss miss this place

Tried applying to this place...Left a voicemail and sent multiple request through different platforms to attempt to set up a virtual or physical tour. No response. Huge red flag. I would recommend staying far away because I guess that’s how communication would be as a resident here.
