(Update @ the end) Please don’t bother, this agency doesn’t get back to you. I found a job through Craigslist (COVID tester) back in December & my case manager/helper was Mr. Rothschild & instantly put me up for the position but I didn’t know I’ll be under an agency (ABS) rather than working for the COVID testing company (Acuity Internationals) & it was my first time going under an agency job recruitment, it went well while it lasted since the job was temporary/too short. After that I emailed/called Mr. Rothschild a bunch of times & he barely gets back to me about recruiting me to a new job position, so I decided to contact Ms.Ariel & she only replied once & I explained how I’m unemployed & unprofessional Mr.Rothschild is & I never heard from her since, this was back in February & Mid January. I even called the office countless times & they always say nobody is available to assist me & they’ll leave a message, that’s ridiculous! How in the world is this agency is still going if there’s nobody willing to assist me? All of sudden employers are in vacation/unavailable for MONTHS, make it make sense. I no longer am interested in the services/don’t want my information shared/saved with this agency, & regarding about that I highly doubt I’ll get any answers from ANYBODY. UPDATE: Ms.Ariel personally got back to me & I got my answers to my questions. Along with apologies for the inconveniences. I appreciate that. So far I was told that there isn’t much job/covid positions at the moment but Ms. Ariel & her staff are still doing their best to help others in need of job assistance. I’m waiting for a confirmation update about my personal information being deleted (since I no longer am interested in their services) along with the “Attestation For Medical Clearance” form that I signed months ago (coming from Mr. Rothschild) + she’ll also get in touch with her staff about that as well. (I should receive an email/update for both things deleted by 8pm today according to Ms. Ariel) I hope so & Thank you.

I look forward to more work from this company. Everyone is so sweet and helpful. Just wish I could have went into an office to do paperwork but COVID messed a lot up so I get it. If you're a professional they will treat you professionally.

Honestly confused how this agency isn't rated 5 stars on average. Everybody I've worked with, from recruiters like Sean, to Stephanie who handles any issues after being placed in a position and even the CEO, Ariel, quickly respond to email communications (I'm talking within minutes) with solutions to any issues I have. Needless to say they have placed me in great positions, within my home state as well as others in the United States. I am grateful to have found ABS Staffing Solutions, and have even connected my friends looking for jobs with ABS.
