Moved to Philly from Wisconsin in 2011 for my job and was so lucky to have found an apartment on short notice at St. Regis. Office and maintenance staff is courteous, attentive, friendly and promptly responds to requests with a solution for the issue. The grounds are well kept with weekly landscaping and regularly checked for litter. Have met so many friendly neighbors over the years and hope to stay here for many more years.

Thank you for taking care of my request for repair service on the air conditioner. Bob was here on Tuesday within a short time of my call. He repaired and changed the filter. Just in time for the hot weather that is coming. The apartment is now nice and cool. I really appreciate the prompt attention and service.

We moved in last June and we couldn't be happier. Our apartment was in excellent condition when we took occupancy.. The park like setting offers plenty of mature trees and beautifully landscaped grounds, plus a pool. Features in our spacious one bedroom with den include a huge balcony, decent sized kitchen, and an oversized living room and spacious bedroom with attached bath plus huge storage closets. The staff couldn't be more attentive or efficient, always smiling. I noticed apartments rarely become available at the St Regis. I did a lot of research before we moved from South Philly to the Northeast and found the rent to be a good value. It is very peaceful here!
