They do have some apts available my aunt lives there it's really nice and clean.
I know that it shows that I was there recently, but I never went in. Only stopped to pick up my sister. I am a little confused because they are saying the address for this building is 140 Hampden, but the address that I went to is listed as 7100 Sansom Street, and it appears to be the same building. I can tell you that she LOVES her apartment, both her and her husband. They said everything is clean and bright and they have had no problems with anything or anybody since moving in. They do have a parking spot because their car is in the lot. That is all that I can tell anyone about the building though. I hope my comments helped.
