Legitimately, it’s a group of scam artist running this building, from the property manager, to the maintenance crew. I wish I had listened to the reviews before I rented, but I am warning anyone thinking of renting from them to opt out!! It is a complete scam! I won my lawsuit against them, but not before losing money and being scammed out of my down payment and security deposit! Please don’t rent from here!!!

They could not pay me to live here. I moved broke my least after only 4 months could not take any longer. From a management company that does nothing. Maintenance was OK when they weren't trying to sleep with you or get to know you better. Laundry room 4 machines that hardly worked for over 80 apartments. Then the fire alarm going off at any all times of day and night. 1:30am, all tenants outside fire dept. comes reset alarm 3:30am going back off. One time guy girl argue he pulls alarm out frustration, second time someone cooking falls asleep and ther main alarm goes off again. Not to mention they have a alarm on the main entrance that if the door doesn't isn't closed on a 1 minute or goes off til it closes. Ignorant people who live in bldg stand in door holding it open for whatever reason having alarm going off all hours of the night. Trash in hallways, bugs and rodents, random people standing in lobby. They have a security guard on weekends who just sits in the office does nothing. The manager Melissa/Marissa and one maintenance man in and out of tenants apartments eating food, stealing small items, and in one apartment having sex A310. They'll put notes on door saying doing building/apartment inspections, to plot on what's in your apartment. Then the final icing on the cake for me was someone clearly broke into a apartment and they did nothing, cameras don't work is what they told tenant! This place goes by Eli Court, 1418 Conlyn St LLC, Residential Life and here just changed the name again to something else. They moved main office to a P.O. BOX so you'll never be able to serve legal documents and when the server did find a address on Arch St., they refused and called police on him. There attorney someone from West Chester is ignorant or doesn't even return calls. Section 8/Welfare/ PHA are most tenants so low class of people, drug addicts, crackheads, and marijuana can be smelled through our bldg with some residents selling drugs, cooking drugs and not to mention a few ladies on the 4th floor doing some incall escort work while robbing clients creating for more police activity at all hours of the night. DO NOT EVRR LIVE IN THIS BUILDING UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE AND JUST HABE NOWHERE ELSE TO GO. IT'S A HELL HOLE
