The front desk operators need to realize that they work in the medical field. Even though they're not treating patients directly, the information they handle is just as important as the words from medical professionals. If they are not sure of something, they need to confirm with the doctor, at least the nurse, before giving attitude (& wrong info that they assume is right) to the patients. I only give 2 stars because of the doctor, otherwise, even 1 star would be too much for them. I hope the clinic owners can teach the subject of what a good Customer Service is to their staff with a little more sympathy for the patients.

I came in for a psychiatry appointment. The doctor just assumed what was wrong with me and made conclusions based on small things I would barely say. Please learn how to speak to patients/clients who are seeking mental health services. Don't put words in their mouth. If I didn't say how I felt, don't assume how I felt. Let me explain how I am feeling instead of making assumptions based on nothing. The doctor didn't even wait properly for me. Just called my name and rushed off to his office and his office door was left open with no privacy given to me when I am sharing deep personal stuff. This is not the best place if you are seeking mental health services.

I really wanted to give recognition the Lisa the phlebotomist who took my blood ...she got my vain immediately ( and that's really hard for most techs )and I felt absolutely NO pain or discomfort...she is very skilled in her craft ...thank you lisa 🌹
