Sadly the quality of service has declined in recent years. This used to be my "go-to" place for all PC upgrades and repairs. Had a new CPU and GPU put in with a new CPU fan that I said "put in if the old one isn't sufficient for the new CPU". They then removed a fan from my case side to "make the CPU fan fit" rather than contacting me and telling me the fan was a little big for my full tower case. When I brought it in to have the old CPU fan put back in they said it would be 3 days.... at least. Taking it to another PC repair shop, they told me they had installed the CPU fan backwards, which was causing a problem with airflow. This was leading to overheating and possible component damage. Oh and the new place fixed the issue in 30 mins, not 3 days.

When my IMac hard drive crashed, Best Buy suggested Southgate Computers because they were unable to do anything. Best move ever. These guys were in touch at every step and did a great job. So very patient with this slow on the take baby boomer! Thank you!
