Came here on a whim on a Saturday at the end of the month - although Melissa was very busy with current tenants coming in with questions regarding packages and paying their rent , she urgently and kindly made sure to give me a wonderful tour of their demo apartment and it was such a great experience! She is very knowledgeable and helpful and the property is gorgeous and peaceful. I don't think I will be able to move into an apartment since my boyfriend and I own 6 vehicles, but if I was able to I would definitely come to this place because of it's location and the spectacular experience Melissa in the leasing office provided. Although she has just started working at this location you can tell she has a passion for what she does and takes pride in her job. This place rocks!

In regards to that apartment itself, very spacious for the price, perfect for our little toddler to run around and play with his toys. This issue here is management. I’m not sure if it is the pure lack of communcation, or just the pure lack of interest to meet residents needs. Of the year I’ve lived here, maintenance has only fufilled my requests in a timely manner once. Recently, we have needed maintenance to come fix our microwave, as we have a picky toddler who eats the majority of his meals out of the microwave. Called the office over 25 times and of these 25 times, they have answered once. Still have yet to receive any news. Yet, they were able to come up here and place a slip on our door that rent was raising $100. Lets not forget to mention the theft problem in this place. I have had more than 5 packages stolen, and when brought to managements attention, was dismissed and told that this didn’t happen to any other resident so therefore it was not an issue. Do better Skyecrest.
