I would never recommend this place, EVER! I had high hopes when my spouse needed long term care, but she was not treated properly or watched properly. She was constantly falling and had ER trips all due to lack of care. The day we picked her up to transfer her, she had horrible bruises from falling and every single nail was broken with blood under it. She was filthy!!! Her hair had not even been washed nor trimmed in the 6 months there. All anyone needed do was ask me and I sent it, but yet, she was too much trouble for them. Doctors at her new place have evaluated her and said she was way over medicated. Some drugs aren't even on the market anymore that they sent with her. The staff seem to do what they can, but it is not patient friendly and if you require services beyond what they want or have to give, forget it. Fight to keep your family member out of this place!!! I have seen state hospitals run more efficiently than this!

This Nursing home is Horrible! I would give a half star if I could Water from the Air-conditioner drips on people as you walk into the building. The 3rd floor is so Dirty, the nurses station looks so ghetto. There are not enough supplies to use for work. The staff uses bath towels to wipe residents buttocks, because the facility refused to provide cleaning wipes. There are no soaps for residents bath. There are barely carts for dirty linen. I wonder how the facility passes survey and state standards. Sheridan Village Nursing home needs complete overhaul. The management is not doing good at all!!
