The advertisement is completely different from the actual facility! No where close to the uncaring, negligent, inconsiderate staff behavior and mannerisms which are shown to the residents. They must have forgotten that this facility is the RESIDENCE OF THE residents those who pay monthly to live there. The establishment should be closed due to "inhumane" treatment and its not just a few staffers behavior, it starts at the administrative level. I will follow up with a formal complaint to management because you can't find any information about the (2)owners because they list their contact information at the facility!

No one from administration returns your calls. Halls are crowded. Safety violations, short staffed. They don't feed patients who need assistance. They don't turn residents and they get pressure ulcers. Patients are covered in food and urine. The decor is not as advertised in the photos. The place is dirty. There are some bright spots with some nursing staff and they really care but not enough to make a difference for our families. Zero stars (it forces you to pick one) This is a follow up to your response. I tried to reach out to administration. You are left on hold, then they hang up. No one calls you back or answer emails. How busy can one place be. Read all of your comments. Do you see a theme!?

Some CNA'S GET PAID AS LITTLE AS 8-10 A HR.. THATS with Some don't give a damn because they are not nearly paid enough for what they do and have to do are forced to do. But you pretty much have to deal with it. Well this was like 7 years ago too. I'm sorry that's what my daughter was making.. I really take my hat off to all CNA workers they TRULY work the hardest part of the job. 👏👏👏👏
